“Good room friendly staff”

“The hotel was acceptable, but the area was sketchy , and people in the adjoining room were being violent.”

“I arrived around 10pm and the desk person was so friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and I could not get over how many outlets were available at the desk and by the bed. Breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Property is not well maintained. Amenities are minimal. Breakfast options low quality are r little offered. Pool is isolated across parking lot next to a dive-bar. If you need a quick stop for sleep on a long trip and you have little care about the stay this might suit you, but for the price per night there are many better nearby options.”

“I really appreciate the shuttle driver Cookie who just absolutely made my day. Jeff at the front desk helped with a couple things in the room! Even the breakfast buffet was great!”

“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”

“We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!”

“Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!”
