“My room was very clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The pool was under construction and closed and the balcony in the room I booked was not accessible, neither of which was noted in the description of the hotel at time of booking. I specifically ordered a balcony room with the expectation of being able to use the balcony and I chose a hotel with a pool for the same reason. I was disappointed to learn that neither of these things were available only after arriving for my stay. ”

“The staff is outstanding very accommodating and very friendly. The elevator does need to be updated a little bit. It’s showing wear and tear on the walls in the floor. My room was awesome and the shower pressure and the showerhead was the best I have ever been in each time I come to this area I will definitely book at this hotel”
