“Nice place to stay before going to Ruby Memorial for surgery. Was put in a smoking room, which is not what I wanted. It smelled as if another person had used the bathroom just before leaving the room. The beds were clean but this room needs a new carpet, or better yet, replace with vinyl flooring.”

“Our stay was a very short one so really not able to enjoy much. On the property details it mentions an Italian restaurant onsite. It is located down the street. We ordered through Uber Eats instead. We had everything we needed. ”

“My family and I will not be back. The room was dirty when we arrived. There was a soda cap on the floor and a half eaten Slim Jim that my 10 month old daughter picked up. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty, especially the vegetables peeler. We were going to have breakfast in our hotel but chose to eat out as a result. For the price we paid for this hotel, I was really expecting higher quality.”

“Staff were super nice and very helpful. When leaving this morning all of the housekeeping staff were very kind and spoke to me. Everything was very good. I always love staying here.”

“I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn, Morgantown, WV. It's very clean, the rooms are large and the bed sleep comfortable. The staff was also accommodating when need to check in early.”

“Room was not clean. Toilet bowl had a lot of rust stains as if it wasn't cleaned for days. Room had a strange, pungent odor. Ran out of tissues immediately. One comforter had yellow stains. The chair was very stained, not suitable for sitting. Lightbulb missing in floor lamp. Worst of all, the top drawer of the bedside stand had an empty pack of cigarettes, empty pepsi bottle, dried sticky fluid and used straw. Disgusting! Complained to manager who did promised to follow up with Expedia and call...

“The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking was free and easily accessible. The only issue was the hair dryer was busted and the bath tub was cracked on the bottom. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was outstanding.”
