“If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.”

“our bathroom toilet was clogged after being used by someone before us. To fix this they handed my husband a plunger and said here you go. Then our remote didn’t work to turn the volume down and when the tv turned on it was so loud that we had to have it off all night and I can’t sleep without a tv in on so my night was not good. Also I stayed here which was 20 mins away from where we’re we’re going in the morning just because you had EV chargers on site and two cars stayed in the spots from...

“Good location for WVU baseball games. That being said… Room was not clean. There was a contact lens In the sink. Washcloth was brown. Shampoo bottle was used. The halls absolutely reeked of marijuana. Wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel due to traffic.”

“Room was wonderful! Spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good! The only complaint I have is the fitted sheet didn’t stay on the mattress when sleeping and the shower liner was too short to stay in the tub so water would get everywhere when showering.”

“Repeated stay at a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the restaurant was very nice for breakfast. I am not a fan of coffee in the rooms. It's very nice that they have assorted teas and coffees in the lobby 24/7. I also appreciate the comfort of the beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”
