While I understand that the bed was lower because we were assigned an accessible room, the condition of the mattress was completely unacceptable. “The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”

Was a little disappointed when we asked ahead of time for a room closer to the stair well or on the first floor for ease of taking my dog out but we ended up with a room in the middle of the 2nd floor. After the first night the A/C unit made crackling/popping noises the first night and somehow leaked water below it so the floor was soaked and got my girlfriend’s suitcase soaked. “The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”
