“This is the best option in the area and we are big fans of the Hilton family of hotels (we stay there exclusively when this is an option). Everything was as expected for a Hampton Inn, including the workout room, layout of the room, and amenities. Five stars for pillows, hot water, and lack of noise. “There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text
The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too.
Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

“Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. Good location -- particularly if one is interested in visiting nearby Clark Art Institute, Williams College or Mass MOCA in North Adams.

“It is a lovely beautiful place, we visited at the end of snow season but I bet that this place is beautiful in fall foliage, summer and winter! Me and my best friend stayed at this amazing, cozy and family owned lodge and we will definitely be back we our friends and family.
Lisa is very sweet, attentive and has two beautiful cats.

“We had a wonderful time. The Inn is less than 10 min to Mt Snow. It's terrific to be able to easily cook there. The icing on the cake were the sauna, hot tub, pool table and air hockey!”
