  • Enjoy this bright, sunny Cape Cod ranch year-round! The property is well-maintained with newly painted interiors and only 1.3 miles to pristine Seagull Beach in desirable West Yarmouth, MA. You're South of Route 28, with a quick 4-minute drive to Seagull Beach. Seagull Beach offers a beautiful sandy beach filled with seashells and has a snack bar, bathrooms, and showers. The home is located on a quiet, dead-end street, within walking distance of restaurants, the indoor golf simulator inside Scally's Irish Ale House.

    Nearby inflatable water-park , shops; 0.5 mile to the Music Room- live entertainment. Much to do nearby.. golf courses, miniature golf, Ryans bowling alley/axe throwing/corn hole/arcade and lounge, Pirate museum, walking trails, bike trails and kayaking . Our home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, A/C units in each bedroom and living room. All linens, blankets, bath towels, beach towels included. Washer and dryer, phone charger, cable & high speed WiFi internet with 58” Smart TV. Fireplace in living room. Newly updated fully equipped kitchen including new modern appliances, dishes, cookware, glasses; cabinets, Keurig coffee maker which also makes iced coffee, granite counter tops and beautiful New flooring installed( Oct 2022) throughout the entire house . Renovated kitchen opens to adjoining bright, beautiful sun-room ,with futon, additional kitchen table, lots of chairs, wicker love seat and 2 wicker chairs which all overlook spacious backyard. Great for entertaining! Perfect for the kids to let loose. We have 4 bicycles for you to use... 2 adult bicycles and 2 younger adult bicycles and a bike rack for your vehicle, lawn games, corn hole, badminton, beach umbrella and lots of beach chairs in shed in the backyard . Relax on large, spacious patio with custom fire-pit along with outdoor grill and chill out in hammock in backyard. 4 parking spots in driveway. Finish it off in a spacious outdoor shower and you will have your perfect Cape Cod getaway. Our home has everything you will need for your Cape Cod vacation .

Great location for family of 4

We had a wonderful time during our family cape cod vacation. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and it was centrally located so we could do day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We would totally recommend this place to stay.

The house was clean, plenty of extra towels, bedding and other convenience made this a great vacation for my family! Close to 28 & seagull beach. Nice quiet and very friendly neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very thoughtful owners and great place.

The house is quaint, clean, with hosts that are second to none. They are welcoming and kind. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. The hosts are not demanding. The house is on a nice quiet street and functional. Everything you need to have a perfect time

Clean and cozy cottage that has everything you need and then some! Danielle and Joe responded promptly to every question and request. I loved the bonus room in the back of the house. It made you feel you were outside but still protected by the elements. Quiet neighborhood in a great location! I highly recommend this property!

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

We loved this VRBO. It was the perfect fit for my wife and me fall getaway trip - easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and Martha Vineyard ferry. Danielle and Joe were great when we had to extend our stay 1 day due to medical emergency. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House

We loved our stay here! There were wild bunnies in the yard and fire flies at night so my kids loved it. There is also a shed full of every yard game and beach item you could want. Close to the beach and a great location to everything you may want to do on the Cape! Owners were so nice and extremely responsive.

Hosts were easy to get a hold of and fast to respond. House was as described and provided a safe haven for our unfortunately rainy trip. Cozy with comfortable beds! Also, no ridiculous checkout list like some hosts have!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I wanted to have an old fashioned Cape Cod vacation with my family and we had a perfect time. This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. We especially loved the patio and sun porch and the house is equipt with everything you could possibly need! Thank you for a wonderful cape cod vacation!

Sweet, clean little home in a great location on the Cape

My mother, my adult daughter, and I were very comfortable during our August stay on the Cape. The location was great - central to all areas and a quick drive to catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Danielle and Joe were very easy to communicate with and absolutely everything we needed was provided. We hated to leave and would highly recommend!
