We rented Peter’s house and the guest house for 2 weeks for a 2 family, 3 generation reunion. There were 24 of us ages 2-74 and it was perfect. The location is unmatched- surrounded by water and every bedroom has a water view . Steps to a cute little beach and a few more steps to a larger one both with clean water and swim able though bring water shoes. The bedrooms are decent sizes with comfy beds and there are lots of bathrooms. The downstairs has 2 large rooms with TVs so we could watch the World Cup while the little kids watched movies at night. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space, especially the wooden gazebo which is a great shady spot, were where we had coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. Plenty of lawn for the kids. We were there for the 4th of July and literally had a 360 view of fireworks . It was magical. Peter is a very responsive host. Very accommodating and didnt make me feel like any of my requests were unreasonable. He responded almost instantly. This is a very special property ( I almost don’t want anyone else to know about it honestly) and it was perfect for our crew. The neighborhood is great for walking and houses are well maintained. It is right along a walking path and next to a clamming site which just means that for part of the summer when it’s Yarmouth’s clamming allotment, that Sunday mornings included lots of people in the water harvesting dinner! We can’t wait to return.
