🏡 What This Place Offers

- Built in 1953, this cozy 740 sq ft cottage has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities while preserving its charming exterior and original character—including a bathroom added during renovation to complement the three-bedroom, five-room layout.

- Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, mini golf, arcade, batting cages, etc. we will send you all the details and suggestions after booking

- Ample parking on premises

- Fully fenced Backyard, with a gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood firepit and outdoor shower.

- Gazebo with hot tub and bar lounge area.

- The kitchen has a brand-new induction range with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with condiments and other cooking essentials, such as sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. You will have utensils to cook with and serving ware, coffee/tea station, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area on kitchen island and an outdoor deck for when you are not picnicking on the beach or dining out.

- Outdoor deck has a table and 6 chairs for dining.

- Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and similar essentials. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom small has a shower and bathtub.

- There are three bedrooms.

- Master Bedroom has one queen bed and space for pack-and-play crib.

- Second Bedroom has one full/one twin - trundle bed and has a dedicated workspace.

- Third bedroom has one twin bed.

- There is a sleeper sofa couch in the living space.

- Guests have access to a convenient all-in-one washer and dryer

- Bed linens and pillows are included in cleaning fee. We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff.
- In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Basic Cable package and Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from your Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon accounts or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included.

🐾 Bringing Your Dog?


Please indicate you’re bringing a pet during reservation (just like you would for guest count) or a $100 pet fee will apply. One dog allowed (max 80 lbs). No other pets permitted.

There is a basement on property that is for storage and is not accessible to guests. Thank you.

- We respect your privacy, there are two outdoor security cameras on premises facing the parking lot and the street. They are there for your safety.

*** RULES ***

- 1 dog maximum (up to 80lb), no other pets allowed.

-Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture.

-Please clean up after your dog (inside and outside)

-Please do not smoke or vape in the house.

- Guest making reservations must be at least 25 y/o and must stay at cottage and not make reservations for another party. Sorry, we do not rent to students.

-No Parties

- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (NO sanitary products, wet wipes, oils, harsh chemicals etc).

-Please leave our cottage the way you found it - neat & tidy

- Please review 'rental agreement' before booking.
