“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

“It was very nice, the stairs need to be fixed as look like the are rotting also so would not use them, hot tub bar to pull back cover screw loose and kept falling off. Shower needs sorting out as squirts everywhere concerned that could get hair dryer wet so would not use. Floor gets wet everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower head. Other than that very comfortable clean very relaxing. ”

“We had a fabulous week in this lovely cottage. Booking and check in went smoothly and queries answered quickly. Cottage location excellent (parking for 2 cars only on forecourt as narrow lane). Accommodation stylish and quirky. Some rooms a little on the small side but beautifully furnished and a lot of thought has gone into this home. We had 6 adults and 2 young children and everyone had a great stay.”

“Very clean and well kept. Owner was very helpful and even ran out to get a hairdryer as there wasn’t one when I got there. She left a pint of milk, tea, coffee and sugar as a care package, which was really helpful after a long transatlantic flight. There was laundry soap for us to use too. She even offered to take out our garbage and recycling as we had to leave at 5 am to get to the airport on time. My only suggestions would be to put a mirror in the bedroom so you can see when drying your...
