“Great place to stay, staff friendly,clean nice rooms! Short on outside parking if under ground parking is full!”

“We got an adjoining room with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. We watched the kids while they got their luggage from their vehicle. My 2 year old grandson and I were playing beside one of the beds and there was dog poop. The next night they moved the chair and there was another pile of dried up poop. When staff came to deal with it, he just laughed. Makes me wonder how long it had sat there for AND housekeeping obviously does not clean proper. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever run into...

“Room and inside hotel was clean and fine the parking lot was very dirty back is terrible… they need to definitely do Come exterior work.. to make it feel better. Staff were great and room was as well. Was nice with patio doors in the ground floor for our service dog.”

“This property was perfect for us as it was super clean, spacious for 3 adults with a well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for attending to commitments in the west end and also the proximity to downtown. The property overall exceeded my expectations. ”

“The property is dated and you can tell. They were doing renovations during our stay, on all the rooms surrounding our room. Staff was fairly nice, be one staff didn’t know which rooms were being renovated which I could not believe. At night, there’s a security guard watching the front door, good that security is present but also gives sense of insecurity on area on why a security guard is needed, unlike other hotels in other areas. The parking lot is a bit dark. Overall, the day is just...

“It was a nice and clean room. Hot tub beside the pool was great and even the games room and gym was perfect. Breakfast was awesome and staff were so helpful during out stay.”
