“We had an excellent stay here, the only issue was that the tv and wifi were not functioning. Other than this issue, the staff were friendly and the location was very clean and comfortable!”

“The room itself was spacious, comfy, and well kept. The whole building is a bit dated and the property itself is in a desolate, industrial area. But we were very cozy and slept like rocks, so no complaints! Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“The bed was very hard especially when someone has back pain can be very uncomfortable. I noticed that the hotel is starting to wear, the carpets were stained and dirty but the hotel was clean in general.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Pool was fun and workout room was clean. Plenty of parking. Great accommodation all around. Would stay here again.”

“There were crack pipes and needles all over the ground. There was urine and feces in the hallways. There were people drugged out of their minds laying on the front lawn. There was constantly at least four sets of legs dumpster diving at all times. The crackhead next to me came out. Didn't even look human screaming and yelling. The toilet seat when I went to use the bathroom had no bolts in it. And nearly killed myself when the toilet seat slipped off. The sheets and the comforters were burnt...

“First I booked a room for 3 nights and I inquired about the possibility of canceling 3rd night and was told I would still be charged for it, also wanted the option of paying on arrival so I can pay out of my bank account rather than being charged interest fees on my credit card. In the room the fridge was leaking water onto the floor, as well bathroom sink was plugged and not draining properly.”

“The room was large and spacious. Hotel feels almost ready for an update. The breakfast room was so packed every morning we couldn’t get a seat. The kiddy pool was out of service, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.”
