“When I got there and when I left, the staff could’ve cared less. They barely looked up at me. Getting to my room was tricky and they didn’t explain it. They didn’t tell me anything about the hotel or breakfast or anything. There was a bunch of sketchy drunk people in the lobby on arrival and when I got to my room, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work. “We had a great stay overall. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issue was that an insect welcomed us on our first day, which wasn't the best first impression. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating!”
