“I have stayed here in the past and totally forgot that I didn't want to return. Unfortunately, it was the exact same experience. This hotel is like a maze; it is exhausting just getting to your room, and you'll be lucky if you don't get lost. I was given horrible directions to my room and ended up lugging all my belongings plus a dog in a kennel because there is no elevator to the floor I was on. The lady at the front desk told me to go through the pool entrance, but there are no signs...
