“Location is good, but very poor internet connection.”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms large, comfortable beds and very clean. In the West Edmonton Mall with lots of food options. Only downside is no USB option for charging phones and plugs are beside the bed near floor.”

“I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...
