“My biggest complaint here was the pillows. They are extremely thick, to the point I couldn't use them. I had to fold up the extra blanket in the closet and use that. They also said they didnt have any different ones, however they were apologetic. Hotel layout is a bit confusing, but fine once you get used to it. Pool is awkward.
