“This experience was completely unacceptable. We were traveling to Edmonton when we struck a moose on the highway. What followed was a genuine emergency—our son ended up in the hospital, and we were forced to completely change our plans. We immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and the manager assured us that a refund would be issued due to the circumstances. Since then, the hotel has gone silent. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and they are now refusing to honour...

“We were very happy with the room and the staff at this hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms were in good repair with comfortable furniture, bathrooms had good water pressure and plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ soap/lotion for 2 people. Staff were exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast was good with glass dishes and metal cutlery, a very nice touch. We had no issues and did not use any additional amenities, therefore cannot comment on those features. Also great location for shopping...
