“I had high expectations for my stay at Fairmont, but unfortunately it was one of the worst nights I’ve had in a hotel. Throughout the night, there was a loud, recurring noise that woke me up three separate times. Just when I thought it was finally over, the same noise happened again early in the morning. As a result, I barely got any sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it, and the disturbance continued. It was extremely disappointing...
