“Great breakfast”

“Breakfast mediocre. Staff were mostly friendly, had breakfast there and I am not sure if the one at the breakfast area just lacking ethics or she’s really not having a good day.. either way it was bad that I have to complain and wrote the review here. Been having a lot of hotel stays this past few weeks, just the “service” was not for this place. It started with check in, I guess the staff were not happy to be at work? “Honestly, super friendly staff! We had a great room with AC & a great shower. Breakfast Buffett we heard was awesome, but because I’m celiac I stuck to the menu and they were very aware of my situation and accommodating. Great location as well! ”

“I reserved for my reservation dates online through Expedia. As I was checking in at some point the dates switched and I confirmed before re-checking the dates that had somehow changed. I immediately called The Radisson and the fellow at the front desk basically said I was SOL. No refund. Nice grab”
