“Amazing stay”

“This experience was completely unacceptable. We were traveling to Edmonton when we struck a moose on the highway. What followed was a genuine emergency—our son ended up in the hospital, and we were forced to completely change our plans. We immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and the manager assured us that a refund would be issued due to the circumstances. Since then, the hotel has gone silent. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and they are now refusing to honour...

“I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...

“Wifi was slow and relatively less reliable, some days, I have to used my Hotspot. Breakfast needs some varieties, only 2 menu: eggs and burger”
