“When we checked in in the evenings and staff was really friendly and helpful. They had a little snack area for you to buy snacks which was awesome. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. But in the morning when we went to checkout for early appointment, The gentleman behind the desk wasn't very friendly and told me there was an extra charge and that I'd have to pay. It was only $6 but I didn't quite understand what he was trying to tell me and I was in a hurry to get to the hospital ....”
