“Staff was amazing. The individual at the front desk handled a random individual who was unwelcome in the lobby very professionally. They also answered all my questions politely and explained any fees associated with our service dog in training. Exit staff did the same and informed us when we get the dogs paper work in the mail, that pet fees can be waived. The room was perfect and the bed comfy. Had to turn the heat down, but that isnt anything to complain about. The junior suite also had bowls...
