“Rosevears was a beautiful setting a top the River. The accommodations were satisfactory where the view is the highlight. The reception and dining room is detached from the individual cabins which is a bit of an inconvenience to walk to especially if it's raining, but when the sun is shining the outdoor terrace makes for a most spectacular experience. The staff is so kind and helpful and it is the best place to stay on the river.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, had breakfast and our 35th wedding anniversary dinner in the restaurant, all was excellent. good location close to everything.”

“Room was a good size, and we were able to park right out the front. Breakfast was lovely, big selection of cereals, yogurt and breads available. Was lovely to have the electric fire going in the room. Clear instructions received on how to use the digital key pad at the front door, and the location of our room. Located close to the CBD. Would happily stay again if visiting Launceston.”

“This particular establishment does not live up to the reviews. The accommodation was presented well, however that's where the praise ends. Due to being located on a major thoroughfare, the road noise was terrible. There was no fan or aircon in the room to circulate any air, and the only way to allow air circulation was to prop the window open a bit.
