“This is a beautifully restored and furnished small house right off of the downtown area, making the downtown coffeeshops and restaurants all easily within walking distance. We were there on very hot days and the A/C kept us very comfortable.”

“We were able to lounge on the boat and the dock. We got in the water with the pups and also hung out on the deck area while having our Bolivar Bakery breakfast and coffee. ”

“This is a very comfortable, quiet, and clean home, easily accessible by GPS. Great for our family of 6 with plenty of room and the home is stocked with essentials and conveniences (books, games, extra air mattress, crib, booster seat, etc.) Would definitely stay again for a get away to Berkeley Springs.”

“We were only 5 minutes from our reunion. Texts from property contact were specific sp we did not need to contact them about anything. The whole property is beautiful. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only advice is bring all groceries. There is not a nearby store.”

“Our first time in a tiny home. If you have bad knees you may want to rethink this property Centrally located! We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the Adirondack chairs. I would recommend this home for adults with young knees! I was hoping to see more of the lake. The construction equipment next door was a put off, but we were out and about most of the time. We rented a pontoon boat for a day then did a lot of hiking the other days. ”
