“Hotel is in dated and in need of renovations. Our toilet seat was completely cracked the whole way through, told the front desk and it was not addressed. Water stains on the ceiling, tub drain corroded. It was fine for a one night stay but would not stay again.”

“The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I...
