“This hotel is not clean. They didn’t clean my room for over 7 days! I put the garbage out of the room - it took forever for them to pick it up despite me telling them to do so if they do not clean the room. The hotel is constantly used to have large group gatherings and celebrations. There are lots of people everywhere who do not even stay in the hotel. This is the only IHG hotel in the area. I have been a long term member of IHG and I can say for sure this is not a typical IHG hotel. The hotel...

“Blurry television. Front desk seemed slightly irritated to fulfill bare minimum requests. Room was clean but overall felt like a cheap experience considering the price.”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Wir waren positiv überrascht und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Zimmer schön groß und auch funktionell.Frühstück ok. Personal absolut ok. Man muß vom Hotel bis Port Authority ca 30-50 Minuten( ja nach Stau) Busfahrzeit rechnen. Im Bus ( Route 163 bzw. 164, ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle) ist W-Lan verfügbar und somit kann man die Zeit schon aktiv nutzen. Für uns kein Nachteil,insbesondere wenn mann das Preisniveau in NYC vergleicht. ”

“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1. Non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, la metro non è raggiungibile a piedi, dovrete avere...

“Once again, I was disappointed by Hilton. This is the second time we arrived at a Hilton and were informed that breakfast was not included as was indicated when I made my reservation. Nor did I receive my Hilton Honors bag – not that I missed the bag of chips in the bottle of water, but it’s a matter of precedent and expectation. The room was OK, but the bed was not great and made a lot of noise when you sat down on it. Not sure I’m gonna be booking with Hilton again very soon.”

“Vergognosi hanno preso un deposito di 400 dollari all arrivo e alla partenza non hanno rimesso il credito mi sono ritrovato in aeroporto senza soldi nella carta e dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che il credito sottratto lo rimetteranno non prima di tre giorni ho spiegato che quei soldi mi servivano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia l hotel lo sconsiglio non è affatto comodo per visitare new York ”

“All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better...
