“Everything was so clean it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. We also appreciated the valet service being so smooth!”

“We arrived a bit before check in and our room was not ready. check in is at 3:00, we got dumped into a room that was not the room we paid for at 4:00. We were there for a wedding that started at 4:30. Only 1 person at the check in desk. Credit card machine crashed, they couldn’t make room keys so we were escorted to our room with no way to get back in, unless we could track down a manager. Paid for breakfast and they never told us how to redeem, Also had Expedia VIP bottle of wine that we never...
