“The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay. “Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. ”
