“the cabin was decent, but the remotes didn't work for the tv or heater, and the bathrooms were all located outside.”

“So the pool was so crazy and the pool isnt big enough for a slide it was constant splashing and really not safe for swimmers in general would definitely not recommend it for small children. No issues with staff at all and the breakfast was meh but ok. Our room though had a bright light showing in the whole time and no way of closing the blinds so we had to prop up pillows to block it”

“The breakfast was good, but did not vary from day today. We stayed three nights and our room was not cleaned or refreshed once, despite my request for a refreshing of the room on our final day (and despite receiving a promise from the head maintenance person that it would be done.). Very disappointing. The rooms are dated and definitely needing a remodel. My wife said she doesn’t want to stay there ever again.”

“Staff was kind to give me extended checkout to rearrange travel plans. The building was OLD. Not completely unexpected. But there were definetely things that need to be fixed or upgraded. ”
