“Until Premier inn scrap their hard 3pm check in they will always get poor reviews. 30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm it’s chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once. 3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone.”

“Hired a twin room for the night whilst staying with my daughter after a previous bad experience at a different hotel. The room was clean, the TV worked and the pressure in the shower was nice to me. Stopped for a beer in the pub (noise from which was not heard in the room) and the ladies working were polite and helpful. I felt I received good value for money, I would happily return and would be glad to recommend to others”

“I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked.
