41 Bedford Street is perfect for your family getaway.

This home is conveniently located in downtown Westport, within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, Upper Rideau Lake, and Sand Lake. The unique location fosters privacy and relaxation while reducing the noise from downtown traffic.

Take advantage of a covered front porch and a backyard that encourages relaxation with a serene yard and two private decks.

Ample parking onsite that can accommodate multiple vehicles (up to three) and a boat trailer, and includes the use of a one-car garage.

Free WiFi can be enjoyed throughout the property. The spacious, open living room is perfect for socializing and connecting, while the bright, expansive basement offers entertainment options, including a fitness area and television (connected to Roku).

Bedroom one is located on the main floor and has a queen bed, dresser and closet.

Bedroom two is located on the main floor and has a double bed, dresser and closet.

Bedroom three (master suite) is located on the main floor and includes an ensuite, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom four is located in the basement level and is perfect for children and youth. It includes a closet, dresser, twin day-bed and a bunk bed (twin top, double bottom).

All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided.

NOTE:
*No laundry on-site
*This property has a motion sensor security system with an outdoor camera to monitor the parking lot and beginning of the walkway. The front door also has a doorbell camera.

Your self-check-in keypad code will be sent 12-24 hours prior to your check-in date.

A 17-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) to the Lions Club Beach on Sand Lake offers ample shade, a large sandy beach, and great water access for small children. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels and chairs.

Our extended family were very impressed by the spaciousness and super cleanliness of this property. The beds were very comfortable. All necessities were provided. The coffee was a lovely touch! Thank you for helping us make this a memorable Thanksgiving weekend!

Overall was pretty good. Communication with the host was really good. Due to some change of plans, we had to make some changes to the booking and she was very accommodating. Bedrooms were great. Bathtubs and shower could be updated. Security cameras are fine, but kind of annoying having one rotating at the corner of the garage to follow your every move.
