“We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“We loved having the kitchenette for food and the full size fridge kept our drinks cold! We moved up to area from Georgia…we drove 2 U-Haul trucks which we parked across at Holiday Inn since both properties are owned by same company. Felt safe and secure. No key cards for rooms, just a code…which was different but also nice that we didn’t have to fumble around for the key cards!”

“Comp breakfast”

“Nice spot. Good for a night. Only issue was housekeeping kept knocking on the door. Started at 9am. Check out is noon. I do not understand the need for this. Not only once. But she came back again 30 minutes later knocking all over again. Please let me sleep. I was driving all day and with a toddler.”

“The staff is wonderful, super helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The only note is parts of the place are starting to feel a little worn...? but, overall, it's fine. The one note about the bathroom lights - they kept coming on in the night - not sure why, but we just had to shut the door to avoid light disruptions. “The hotel recently changed hands and is being remodeled. The main areas of hotel are filthy. Our room was recently remodeled with new carpet and furnishings. However, the bathroom was not clean. The outside security light made it so light in the room thatwas hard to sleep. Way overpriced.”

“Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.”

“Limited parking, room clean, lumpy bed, and mildew in the bathroom. Day 1: limited hot water for shower, Day 2: cold water, then no water for nearly 2 hours, Day 3: luke warm water for 5 minutes, then cold. I had to ask for additional towels and was clothes at day 4 (was only given 2 cloths and 2 towels to start with). I was charged 3 times for my stay here and got the run around when I complained.”

“Well first appearance of the room was good but when we turned on the lights we saw the end table had a big sticky spot and the carpet was wet. They need to take down the curtain and replace or at least wash. They were very dingy. The staff was very nice when i wanted a cup of coffee. But for 300 dollars I will not be back. I can say that the Day Inn is not for me.”

“They advertise Norwood Inn has a Continental Breakfast. Staff said "we have no breakfast. First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. ...

“Everything was great! Wonderful staff!”

“Pool was not open and fire pit was not functioning. Both would have enhanced our experience. But staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.”

“We enjoyed the bars and bar staff. They also have nice, clean rooms with a great courtyard to enjoy in the evening. My only complaint is our TV wouldn’t connect so we weren’t able to use it”

“12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...
