“This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am.”

“C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. ”

“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”

“Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.”

“No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that...

“It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.”
