Hotel vicino a Westwood Shopping Center - West Palm Beach

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“The hotel was dirty upon arrival into the main lobby. Receptionist was mean rude and not helpful in any capacity. No amenities in the room no ice bucket no silverware no plates no coffee and crumbs all over the countertops and dirty floors. We chose this place just out of convenience, but that was the wrong choice.”

“triste vecchio servizio inesistente siamo stati due notti e non abbiamo avuto la pulizia della stanza il secondo giorno è classificato 4 stelle ma forse non arriva neanche a due. colazione tutta con prodotti confezionati esclusa una omelette fatta dal cuoco su richiesta.abbiamo soggiornato in una suite camera spaziosa con angolo cottura che consisteva in un frigo vuoto un lavandino un forno micronde un bollitore ,abbiamo avuto bustine di the due bicchieri ma non un cucchiaino ,un piatto nulla....

“The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!”
