“The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early.
However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable
The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting.
Loved the area.”

“The room was clean and everything worked well. My only complaint was the STRONG smell of Marijuana as soon as we walked into the room. That wasn't what I wanted my teenage daughter walking into. We were in Dallas for an AAU tournament, so we left our luggage in the car to make sure it didn't smell. We left the door open for about an hour to let the room air out. Outside of that. I have no other complaints. The room was clean and everything worked properly. ”
