“The Deluxe Queen Queen room faces the road and houses look straight into your room. The linen curtains help to filter this out.
The room itself had been refreshed recently. The bathroom was however was still in its origional condition. The covers around the shower fittings fell off a few times.
The water filter down stairs needed replacing, therefore would not work towards the end of our stay. This was not resolved.
The room was relatively clean, however there was a hair tie sitting on the...

“Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it.
Cheap but dated.
Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that.
Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs.
Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook.

“The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but they do not have one. I contacted them before arrival to arrange pickup, and they told me the shuttle does not exist. I had to pay for a taxi. When I asked the hotel to reimburse the taxi cost, they refused and told me to contact Expedia. This is misleading and caused unnecessary expense.”

“This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay.
Our room was wonderful, with a very large bathroom that felt very spacious. One of the highlights was having our own deck overlooking one of the active geysers at a distance.

“It was a good deal for a night. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was not working and we had issues with the water as it started to get colder after every shower. Only some minor inconvenience but it was a really good stay. Will book again if we see in the area again.👍”

“We stayed in the luxury suite and it was perfect for just the two of us and the soak area was nice too, the lady at the desk was super helpful and even gave us a discount code for the hot pool
TV has everything you could need and supports chrome cast and multiple lighting settings too
Location was great surrounded by other hotels and about 5 minutes from anywhere”

“Un buon hotel in generale. Spaziosa la camera con cucina e salotto separati. Unico ricordo un po’ spiacevole quando alla reception mi viene detto di no quando chiedo un’altra bustina di detersivo per la lavatrice dovendo fare due cicli di lavaggio (testuali parole: ne usi metà perché il prodotto è molto potente…) Mi permetto di suggerire di accontentare un cliente che spende centinaia di dollari a notte per una camera e vi chiede un refill di detersivo ”
