Northland Nest in Kensington, a well-established suburb just a few minutes north of central Whangārei. This area is known for its peaceful, residential character and strong sense of community. Kensington offers a convenient balance between urban amenities and natural surroundings, making it a great location for a vacation rental. The property sits on a generous section with gentle elevation, providing a quiet setting without being isolated. Nearby, guests can enjoy the popular Whangārei Quarry Gardens, a beautifully maintained 24-hectare public garden ideal for walking and relaxing. The suburb also features a newly developed mixed-use hub with a medical center, fitness facilities, cafes, and retail options, all easily accessible.
