We stayed one night.. the desk lady the morning we checked out was quite rude to the two people she helped ahead of us and had zero personality when she helped us. Felt like saying… if you hate your job that much… quit! Other than that… breakfast was good, room was fine, fridge didn’t work but that ...

The pool was great. Breakfast was just ok. The staff was on their phone at the front desk and didn’t speak to us until we spoke first. It snowed several inches and the hotel didn’t remove the snow from the sidewalks until late that evening. It iced and we had to ask them to put salt out.
