“The pool and hot tub were closed and we did not know that ahead of time. That was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there.”

“As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!”

“Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. ”

“Rude front desk staff thats out of touch with reality. Dirty old and smelly. Elevator is so old and smells of grease. Checkout time is 11 am and we had a knock on the door at 10 am and before I could get to the door a male worker came in and I had to say hey we are still in here. Luckily my girls were not changing at the time but very unhappy with our stay. We will not be staying here again.”

“The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. “We have stayed at many C’mon Inns in the past and never had such a disappointing experience as this. #1 issue being the lack of cleanliness! This hotel was incredibly dirty & not properly kept up. From the hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower to the door to the courtyard that doesn’t shut unless we push with all our might to close it. It was just gross. The hotel needs major upgrades. “the room was ckean and comfortable was short on towels asked for another was supposed to receive one when they were available did not receive any till the next afternoon. they do not serve breakfast at thie location lots of coffee shops nearby but not many cafes serving breakfast”

“Staff was nice and check in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Will stay here again when in the area.”

But, now we now and we plan on staying there again, because we can bring our own food and make it right there. We don't have to order out. The property and parking lot were clean. “Another great Choice hotel. Just like the others, the breakfast has been incredible. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great with a place to sit which was nice after 12 hours of travel. Only bummer was that the hot tub was down 😭 Staff were great. Nice hotel!!”
