“Great bed and breakfast, hosted by the Omsteads. The vintage decor is supported by great modern touches (lights in the right places), and an amazing location on the shores of Lake Erie. The breakfast is a highlight - great coffee, amazing, freshly made food and a great combination of fresh flavours. Margo and Keith are great local hosts, who treat you like family. You arrive as strangers and leave like great friends. ”

“We were 4 senior women enjoying our high school reunion for the week. We enjoyed seeing a different park ,marsh or winery each day and only enjoyed our final day at the house. We found some “ sea glass” washed up on the beach in front of the house along with a warm lake at the end of September. We enjoyed our coffee watching the sunrise each morning. Would highly recommend and would go back. The second bathroom is actually an ensuite bathroom with access from the master bedroom that has a king...

“We loved our stay at Elena’s cottage. The photos are exactly as pictured, the check in process and communication was smooth. The cottage itself is at the end of a street so it’s pretty quiet (minus the dogs across the road barking). We loved the easy access to the beach below the property and the large grassy area for our dog to run around. The sunrise was absolutely beautiful from the deck. Would 100% stay here again. It is also very close 20 mins from Pelee National Park which is a nice day...

“My daughters invited my friend from the Netherlands and me to spend a long weekend at your Lake House in Wheatley: it was a wonderful experience starting the day we arrived, the house was spacious, clean and had everything one could think of. Even our dog felt at home right away, chasing sea gulls on the beach and relaxing in the fenced yard. There were lots of beautiful parks to explore nearby and things to do. We loved the property views and the location at Lake Erie, sunrises over the lake...
