“We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. A bit hard to make coffee without cups, they also didn’t replace the face wipes. So although I loved...

“The staff is so kind but the property is dirty and unkempt. Housekeeping needs a full overhaul. The room was grimey and gross. Stains on the couch, walls, bathroom dingy with mold. Just bad all around.”

“Pool schedule is 9:30am to 9pm, I think the opening hours should be longer. I chose this hotel over another one across the street just because of the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance. They should give advance notice about that. Nice personal and clean rooms and areas”
