“The staff are genuinely friendly, and the hotel has a great large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Some rooms even have their own private saunas, which is such a nice bonus. I love walking into the room with relaxing music playing and the fireplace already on, it’s a really welcoming touch. They do their best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout, which I really appreciate. It may not be the fanciest hotel in Whistler, but it’s definitely one of the best. “We had a great stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a mountain view. The hotel is located right at the base of the mountain in the village. The Longhorn Saloon is right next door so expect to hear thumping music until 10 pm. The hotel provided ear plugs for this. The hot tub was a great addition although you can only book it for 30 mins, but gives you privacy.”
