“The room was clean and pleasant. No complaints. My only feedback is that the third floor smelled like a cigarette lounge. That was only in the hallway but that is an area for improvement.”

“The room was completely filthy—even the pillows had hair and mucus from previous guests, and the smell in the room was unbearable. I couldn't sleep there and had to leave in less than half an hour. I do not recommend it.”

“I was taking the ferry to Long Island first thing in the morning. They were 8 minutes away !! Clean room and plenty of parking. And there was a Chinese buffet only 5 minutes away !!”

“The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and outgoing, breakfast had a great variety of choices and very tasty. Oh, and the location is ideal. You can get to any (and there are a lot) of the areas attractions very easily and quickly. Overall it was a nice one night stay.”

“The entire place was disgusting. We had to change rooms because of stains and debris on the sheets. We were moved to a room with a massive crack in the mirror, a bathroom you had to stand in the tub in order to shut the door, smelled like wet cigarettes, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Stains and mold on everything. It was so bad we left a day early and found a clean hotel nearby. ”

“Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. “The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. “Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base di appoggio nel tragitto da Provincetown a New York, per fermarsi alla sera a Mystic. La scelta non è stata delle più felici. la struttura è sicuramente datata o quantomento trascurata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchiotto, i letti sono molli, la moquette non ha un bell'aspetto.
