“It took me an hour to check in. I made reservations through expedia which I do almost always and when I went to check in he told me expedia had used an addtional third party and the card info showing was not my info so he could not check me in and he couldn't call anyone himself. After 45 minutes of finally getting someone on the phone that I could understand they were finally able to get in contact with the hotel and get it straight. So i'm not sure if my complaint is with expedia or comfort...

“The 1st thing I noticed upon entering the building was an overpowering musty smell. The elevator didn't work (ok, I took the stairs, no big deal). The room, while generously sized and with useful amenities (kitchen, separate lounging area etc), also smelled of mold. Noticeable black mold on the ceiling in the shower. A bug crawling in the shower. Sheets of sub-par quality. I was traveling and booked myself into another hotel the following night, and when I pulled my PJs out of a suitcase, they...

“Nice simple pool area The room was clean but unfortunately smelled like smoke ( I understand there appeared to be individuals smoking in almost every other place on the outside). Ice machine worked Courteous staff in and outside the kiosk”
