“It is an excellent place to stay with our family. Beautiful lake and a very comfortable home for the 7 of us. This is our 5th or 6th time staying here for a week. We will be returning in 2026.”

“This residence was exceptionally clean and featured a very well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line cooking equipment. It was the perfect place to entertain teenagers, offering plenty of activities such as a pool, basketball hoops, an infinity game table, ping pong and more. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out, making it easy to enjoy different activities simultaneously without feeling crowded. A fantastic setup for a fun and relaxing stay!”

“Heron's Perch was a great spot for our family reunion. Such a cute, little cottage with something for everyone-games, kayaks, fishing, beautiful sunsets, etc., not to mention close by options in Shipshewana and Middlebury. The owners, who have a seasonal home next door, were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! ”

“This home has it all. We never left the property for the 4 days we were there. Very clean, plenty of towels, linens, both upstairs and downstairs kitchens had everything you would need for cooking. The rental had plenty of spices and condiments for items that we forgot to bring. Access across all three levels of the home was easy, especially to access the lower level (you could drive to the lower level to unload or load). Plenty of parking. We can't say enough about the games and...

“We had an amazing stay at the lake house! The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for and more! The beds were so comfortable with quality bedding. Everything in the house is quality, from the linens to the cookware and dishes. The quality and thoughtfulness carries out to the outside of the home as well. The deck seating is ample and comfortable and we made full use of the Blackstone for outdoor cooking, The kids had a blast on the beach building...

“This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. It could use some repairs/updates, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions beginning months in advance and throughout...
