No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice...

“We had a great time. The location is about 5 minutes from the train and 10-15 minutes from the subway stop. It is walking distance from shops and places to eat. It is a smaller basement apartment but that is what we expected for a place so close to New York. Although it has sleeping for 4-5 people the one futon was not super comfortable but the rest of the sleeping arrangements were reasonable. The temperature in the apartment was cool even though the temps outside kept creeping up. The bathroom...
