“I definitely feel that the hotel staff should not close the pool on a weekend when the hotel is completely booked. I feel that this was done intentionally and was disappointing, I did express my disappointment with the front deck.”

“Southern Cross Ranch was a wonderful facility. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the views from the breakfast room was spectacular!
All staff were very warm, friendly and helpful, especially the owner, Inga; Karen in the office; Kimberly in the restaurant as was all the other staff employees.
Thank you so much for your hospitality!
We will definitely return! ”
