“A beautiful character building with a lot of charm. Choosing a balcony suite at the front is totally worth it. The hotel staff were neither friendly nor rude but just came across as indifferent but not what I’m used to when dealing with hospitality employees. But then mostly everyone I interacted in Pondicherry seemed like that so it must be a regional thing. There was no daily housekeeping which also seemed odd. Despite these things, I would stay here again solely for the charm of the building...

“After looking at the other CGH property, we had lot of expectation. But it was completely disappointment. The area outside the property entrance has exposed driange canals. The gutter smell, mosquitoes really made us ponder why we chose this over the over. The property was well maintained. Inside Stay was comfort. But the breakfast really disappointed.
