Buon posto
Nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo mesi prima, al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che ero in overbooking. Solo grazie alla scaltrezza della signora alla reception ho potuto dormire in hotel ricevendo un upgrade gratuito. Hotels.com, che gestiva la prenotazione, dopo oltre un’ora non aveva ancora trovato una soluzione.

Excellent, would recommend.
Easy check in. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was good, had a mix of cold and hot items. Would have been nice to have bacon/sausage though. They did have hot omelettes, waffles, hashbrowns, etc. Room was clean. Room had an internal and external door to the building, which was handy when loading in bags. Didnt use the pool but it looked clean and large.

The wife and i booked a trip to play some golf in Whitefish, booked Baymont Wyndham and thought we were going to be fine, only to find out this hotel was dirty had a moldy bathroom and booked rooms to people with no respect for others making noise all night. would never stay here again, i have pictures but would not allow me to upload them....

No protein with breakfast. They were "out" of eggs and fruit for 2 days. They needed to run to the grocery store. Breakfast lady was very grumpy. Evening check in lady was very friendly. Tub drain did not drain - standing in water to shower. They had no maintenance guy to handle problems. Big room, but no lighting on half - we had to move the lamp and then choose between having the lamp or microwave plugged into the single outlet.

We were down for a soccer tournament and spent two nights at a different place with the team and decided to stay one more night to do some shopping. We specifically booked a hotel close to both Whitefish and Kalispell WITH a hot tub so we could enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after our four game weekend. We were extremely disappointed to find out that the hot tub was out of order. There was no reason given and it is not posted on the website since we had only booked a few days ago it’s something that I think should have been noted on the site. Also, seeing as it was a Sunday night and there were only three cars and two motorbikes in the parking lot we were not happy with being given a room on the second floor at the far end of the building. We had asked for something on the lower floor, but she said nothing was available. Lugging all of our luggage and equipment through the hotel and up some stairs was not cool since we were already exhausted and sore and then not being able to use the hot tub on top of it was disappointing. The breakfast was OK. It would be nice if there was water available and maybe a hot egg option. The beds were comfortable but very soft.

We're sorry for an misunderstanding about our former hot tub. It has not been advertised for 2 years as it has been removed. Also, we we're full house Sunday night and only had upstairs rooms available, you were a last minute booking. We take to heart all of your comments and we are striving to make changes to help accommodate all our guest requests.

This hotel was very close to town and was a very convenient all around location. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good. Currently they are a bit short staffed, but we didn't feel we were shorted on anything. We would definitely book here again in the future. Room was clean, and mostly quiet.

The room smelled musty, and we could not open the window because it was broken. This is a motel where rooms have both an interior door and exterior door, and our exterior door keycard did not work. We alerted the front desk staff twice, and they kept telling us that maintenance will change the battery, but they never did. Also, there was long hair all over the bathroom floor, and the entire place seemed dirty. This is a dark, dingy hotel with unhealthy breakfast food. It was very disappointing--but the bed was fine, and that's all we needed after a long day of hiking Glacier National Park. It is not the type of hotel you want to spend time in.

The staff was great. I left an item in the room after departing; the staff found it and quickly got it in the mail. The room was in rough shape. Fridge was on the fritz, had to unplug it because it was loud. Could hear talking, tv, anytime our neighbors were using the water, thin walls. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom door was in bad shape. The soda machine was completely empty and ate our change. It wasn't worth the almost 300 we paid for 1 night.

Clean Rooms and Comfortable Stay
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We reserved the Studio Suite, 1 King Bed and we found the room was large and open. It was nice to have a microwave, mini-fridge and mini-freezer. TVs were new and offered all available channels. Wifi was strong with no connectivity issues. There were also some recent renovations performed that helped freshen up the room. Bed was comfortable and the towels were new and fresh as well. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were closed as it was under repair (but scheduled to open in about 14 days). The hotel is not walking distance to downtown, but only a short drive. There are other shops that are close enough to walk to get a few supplies (Safeway, gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks). My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and visted Glacier National Park (about 30-40min drive). Overall, would stay again.

Parking lot was in terrible shape as pertains to snow removal, glad I had a 4x4 truck. Back patio offered use of a grill, which is nice, but not shoveled to access grill and hot tub out of order. After a long day of skiing a hot tub is "essential" at my age.

No sign on main road. Access was a drive between two buildings with no name so it was difficult to find. Outside our room in the parking lot was a large pile of old furniture and trash. This is what we saw coming and going. Pool was closed for repairs.

The place is a dump, it is old, smells like death rats, stained furniture and carpets, hot tub does not work, bad breakfast, really noisy at night. Please don’t waste your money in a place like that. We all work hard to pay for vacations and have at least a clean place to go, and this dump is not it.
