An adjacent living area has a leather queen sleeper sofa, a natural-edge coffee table, comfortable armchairs, and a large TV. A door off the living area opens to a spacious balcony with downtown views, chairs, and a small dining table. Off the living area are 2 guest bedrooms that feature king beds and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
