“Everything was fine”

“We liked everything about our room and the hotel. To start with, we asked if we could check in early (2hrs) which they were easily able and willing to accommodate. The room was lovely, everything modern and up to date. The nespresso coffee maker was wonderful. The tv had all sorts of channels, the bed was comfy. We went to hot springs so didn't use bathroom stuff too much. Hubbie said shower was great. Every member of staff was eager to please friendly and helpful. For amenities I would say...

“Modern hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. Even though we booked a Felix king room it was smaller than the room we stayed in previously and was tight for a long stay. The building has aged since our last visit 4 years ago.”

“Beautiful place! Clean rooms, comfy beds, great view! The kitchen, common room and dining room are so nice! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.”

“The only thing I did not like was the no shoes inside policy, which was not disclosed until we arrived. The purpose was to keep the place clean and to not disturb tenants below. This is understandable, but should be openly disclosed in any description of the property before booking so guests can be prepared to bring house shoes.
