“It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.”

“Great 1 night stay. Property was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Walked to dinner at Oneida Lake Brew Haus. Food was excellent. Host was very responsive to a couple of initial questions I had before booking. Would stay again. ”

“I actually stayed in their property in verona beach. 5 minute walk to sylvan beach. 2 stiry apartment above rheir restaurant. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Ronda called in advance and offered the upgrade and wow, what an upgrade. Loved their place a d enjoyed a yummy breakfast at their restaurant. Highly recommended. ”

“We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location.”

“It’s a cute little place and right near everything so I didn’t have to use my car at all! My family and I had a great time. ”

The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.”
